Biography
Daphne is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with over 15 years’ experience in training and research. She is a strong critical thinker with the ability to structure and manage intensive workloads, conduct research and concise analytical assessments. Daphne has a PhD in Business and Management from the University of Zambia, an MBA-Finance from the Copperbelt University and a BA in Economics with a minor in Public Administration from the University of Zambia. Daphne has been involved in a number of consultancy work ranging from training, corporate surveys, manual development. She has excellent interpersonal skills, a worthy team player, assertive and motivated to do challenging work. Her research interests include competitive advantage, higher education performance, SME resilience, Climate change mitigation strategies, digital technologies and business performance.
