Jessie Nkhowani is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Zambia, where she teaches and conducts research in the human resources and management studies. Her research focuses on areas such as organisational change, organisational climate, reward and performance management, and employee wellbeing.

In addition to her academic work, Jessie has a passion for exploring how organizations can create a positive and supportive work environment for employees. When she's not lecturing or researching, she enjoys travelling, reading, and singing.
